Dr. Henry Riyanto Sofyan, MD is a neurologist specializing in pain, headache, and neuro-oncology, serving as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Department of Neurology, Universitas Indonesia, and a consultant at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital (RSCM). His clinical expertise includes complex cancer-related neurological conditions, neuropathic pain, chronic headache disorders, and oncologic emergencies.
He is an active member of the Asian Society of Neuro-Oncology (ASNO), IASP, and the International Headache Society, frequently contributing as a speaker and panelist at regional and international scientific meetings. Dr. Henry is also engaged in multidisciplinary research, including genetic markers in migraine (CALCA/CALCB), CGRP-related pathways, headache diary analytics, and the ethical dimensions of neuro-oncology.
